Rate and mix decomposition of planned delivery cost
Decompose the change in planned delivery cost per shipment between the latest two years into within-route rate and route-mix effects. Retain routes with shipments in both years. Use prior-year shares for the rate effect and latest-year rates for the mix effect; reconcile both effects to the overall rate change.
