Demand forecast accuracy by plant
Measure demand forecast accuracy by plant: for every plant-month with output, compute the absolute percentage error of the forecast against produced quantity, then the mean per plant. Identify the least accurate plant and the network mean, and explain why an error measured on produced quantity understates unmet demand.
