Reconcile batch Batch_2025_07 to the export

Align the columns of batch file Batch_2025_07 to the export layout, then reconcile it on TransactionID to the export rows of the same period with duplicates collapsed (before any other cleaning): matched rows, rows only in the batch, rows only in the export.
