Every line on Mizan Manufacturing's bank account from January 2024 to September 2026 - 20,000 rows, each with what it was for - every customer and supplier invoice with the day its cash moved, the treasury calendar of payroll, tax, interest and dividends up to next year, the customers and suppliers, and a calendar with forecast weeks. On 1 January the treasurer forecasts the next 13 weeks: build that forecast, then see where it went wrong.
