Mizan Manufacturing and Logistics: Two Payrolls, One Ledger — HR & Payroll Analytics
Mizan Manufacturing (two plants, a warehouse and sales offices) and Mizan Logistics (eight depots, its year running April to March) - 830 people. You get every pay line by element from January 2023 - 108,581 rows to June 2026 as CSV and the latest quarter as a separate Parquet file - the employees (JSON), cost centres, leave, exits and final settlements, the headcount budgets and the salary journal of the general ledger. There is no calendar. Make payroll agree with the ledger, find the settlements paid late - and the gratuity one payroll system got wrong.
