Mizan Retail runs forty supermarkets from two distribution centres. You get its stock ledger for 640 items from January 2024 to September 2026: what was in stock at every month-end, what came in from suppliers and went out to the stores, every count variance, write-off and write-down, the stock plan by category up to December 2027 and a calendar. Work out turnover and stock days, find the slow movers, watch the stock build before Ramadan - and find the month the cold room failed.
