How good was last year's forecast

The forecast made on 1 January 2025: forecast week k = days 7(k-1) to 7k-1 counted from 1 January (DimDate ForecastWeek), 13 weeks. Receipts: each customer invoice open at the close of 31 December is expected on DueDate + that customer's delay = the average of (SettledDate - DueDate) in days over its customer invoices settled in the previous calendar year, rounded to whole days (half away from zero), 0 if it has none; anything expected on or before 31 December counts in week 1. Payments: each supplier invoice open at the close of 31 December is paid on the first Monday on or after its DueDate, earlier ones in week 1. Plus the FactCashCalendar rows dated in the 13 weeks. Build this forecast for 1 January 2025 (delays from 2024). For each of its 13 weeks take the absolute difference between forecast and actual net cash flow (all bank rows in the week). What is the average of the 13 differences, in USD?
