UAE end-of-service gratuity: from one year of service, monthly basic / 30 x (21 days for each of the first five years + 30 days for each year after), years = (date - HireDate + 1 day) / 365, capped at 24 x monthly basic. If everyone on the payroll on 31 December 2025 had left that day (BasicSalary of their December 2025 payslip), what would Mizan Retail owe them, in USD? (Its ledger in DD-GLT-003 holds no provision for it.)
