Shipment forecast accuracy by depot
Measure shipment forecast accuracy by depot: for every depot-month with shipments, compute the absolute percentage error of the forecast against actual shipments, then the mean per depot. Identify the least accurate depot and the network mean, and explain why an error measured on shipments dispatched understates demand the fleet could not carry.
