Mizan Group: Four Programmes, One Cut-off — Project Management & Project Accounting
The Mizan group - a supermarket chain, a manufacturer and a logistics company - ran four programmes between 2023 and 2026: store expansion and refurbishment, a plant line expansion with the plants' overhauls, fleet renewal with a client mobilisation, and a group ERP rollout. You get every project and task with baseline and actual dates, monthly planned value and % complete, every invoice (the same lines as the ledger set DD-GLT-003) with its capitalisation date, the purchase orders behind them (DD-PRC-003), change requests with their approval times, the project managers' monthly forecasts, milestones with the client's billing, the holiday calendar and 100,000 timesheet lines - in Parquet, CSV, JSON and Excel, with no date table. Build the earned-value picture, close the books at 31 December 2025, and find what the controls missed.
